I was very pleasantly surprised to see how quickly your people got us up and running with a website that we think is among the best in the aviation industry. We have had many positive comments about its design, ease of use, and the information displayed.
From our point of view, it proved its worth in the first week. I was out of town and had not brought my laptop computer with me. I received a call from a prospective aircraft purchaser inquiring about two of the Cessna Caravans we had available at the time. I was able to go to a computer where I was, connect to the internet and immediately send him the specifications and pictures of the airplanes from our online database. Within the next week, he made an offer on one of the airplanes, and within two weeks after that, he was flying his new airplane home.
We also are very impressed with the support we have received. As you know, any time you design something entirely new, you are going to see where you can improve on the design once you have used it for a while. Thomas and the rest of your staff have been accommodating, helpful, and responsive to our requests. Any changes or modifications we have asked for have been taken care of usually within hours.
